Albany, N.Y., February 28—State Senator Tom O’Mara (R,C,I-Big Flats) said that the Legislature will hold two public hearings in Albany today.

Beginning at 10:00 a.m., the Senate and Assembly Standing Committees on Aging will hold a public hearing on "Education, Awareness and Prevention of Elder Abuse."  View the hearing live HERE.

Also today beginning at 10:00 a.m., the Senate and Assembly Standing Committees on Energy and Telecommunications will hold a public hearing on Governor Cuomo's plan to close the Indian Point Nuclear Power Plant.  The hearing can be viewed HERE.
