(Albany, NY) Senate Democratic Leader Andrea Stewart-Cousins earned a 92% on her scorecard from the New York State League of Conservation Voters (NYCLV). The ranking, which is the highest of all New York State Legislative Leaders, recognizes Senate Democratic Leader Stewart-Cousins’ long-time commitment to protecting New York’s environment, natural resources, and water supplies.
