Community Voices Heard Tenant Town Hall

On Thursday, April 24th, during a well-attended Tenant Town Hall event held at the local community center, Senator Serrano, alongside his fellow elected officials, collaborated with Community Voices Heard Power (CVHP), the Met Council on Housing, and Tenants and Neighbors to provide a platform for renters to voice their concerns, and discuss pressing legislative and budget priorities that significantly impact the lives of tenants across the state.

During the town hall meeting, Senator Serrano listened attentively to the concerns of his constituents. He addressed a range of issues, including soaring rent prices and inadequate tenant protections. Senator Serrano highlighted several legislative initiatives aimed at these challenges.
