Live Webcast--New York's 10 Regional Economic Development Councils meeting in Albany

Governor Andrew Cuomo has gathered representatives of the state's 10 Regional Economic Development Councils are meeting at the Capitol today to provide an update on their work.  The Finger Lakes and Southern Tier regional councils are scheduled to make their presenatations this morning.
