Celebrating 100 Years of the Charles Settlement House

I was excited to join the Charles Settlement House and the Rochester community in celebrating 100th anniversary of this great organization in northwest Rochester. Countless Rochester resident, past and present, young and old, have been helped by services offered at Charles Settlement House.
