Senator David Carlucci (D-Westchester/Rockland) said, "One person dies every 18 hours waiting for a life-saving organ transplant. On Organ Donor Enrollment Day, we need to raise awareness about organ donation and the selfless gift that can save a life. Team Ossining continues to end stigmas associated with organ donation and increase the number of registered organ donors."
