Lynbrook Elks receive honors

Members of New York Elks Lodge No. 1 were recently honored with proclamations.
Exalted Ruler Lisa Moldovan received a citation from State Sen. Todd Kaminsky for her dedication during the coronavirus pandemic. The lodge membership has remained strong under her leadership.
Additionally, she has organized grab and go dinners, brought members together to assist first responders and has done a lot to serve the community as exalted ruler of the lodge.
John Nuzzi Sr., the district deputy grand exalted ruler of the Southeast District, was also honored for his efforts in the community. He received a proclamation for his leadership and inspiration.
