STATEN ISLAND, N.Y. -- The Snug Harbor Little League celebrated its 63rd opening night for the spring season with a ceremony Friday evening.
District Attorney Michael McMahon, Assemblymember Charles Fall and a representative from state Sen. Jessica Scarcella-Spanton’s office all addressed players and wished them a fun and safe season.
Scarcella-Spanton issued a certificate of recognition to the league, highlighting its contributions to the community.
