 
Senator Johnson Welcomes Home Citizen Warriors

State Capitol, Albany, New York, February 9, 2006 -- State Senator Owen H. Johnson (4th Senate District, Babylon), Chairman of the Finance Committee, thanks a member of the 306th Engineer Battalion who recently returned from Operation Iraqi Freedom, at a Welcome Home Citizen Warriors’ ceremony, which was held at the Babylon American Legion Post. Senator Johnson presented lapel pins to the Battalion members of the Army Reserves to commemorate their service in Iraq and Afghanistan. During the ceremony, individual warriors were honored for their sacrifice and bravery and were each presented with flags that read "Welcome Home Citizen Warrior."
