Grand Island, NY- New York State Senator Antoine M. Thompson (D- Parts of Erie & Niagara Counties), Chair of the Senate’s Environmental Conservation Committee, along with Town of Grand Island Supervisor Peter McMahon will announce a $250,000 capital grant to be utilized towards improvements at the town’s Sewage Treatment Facility. The check presentation will take place on Saturday, September 19th at 10am at the Knights of Columbus, located at 1841 Whitehaven Road on Grand Island.
