Statement by Senate Majority Leader Dean Skelos on CSEA Contract Approval

The approval of a new five-year contract by CSEA is a victory for all New Yorkers. I applaud Governor Cuomo, CSEA President Danny Donohue and the members of CSEA for achieving a deal that will save taxpayers $73 million this fiscal year, and will help ensure a balanced state budget, avert layoffs and maintain vital state services.
