The New York State Senate Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Committee, chaired by Senator David Carlucci (D- Rockland/Westchester) held a public hearing at the Clarkstown Town Hall in New City on eating disorder prevention, treatment, and recovery. The goal of the hearing is to determine the best approaches that New York state government can implement to help those with eating disorders receive the timely medical treatment they deserve in order to make a full recovery.
