Sen. Robach Questions DoT Commissioner

This morning, I participated in a Joint Budget Hearing on Transportation and questioned Matthew Driscoll, the Commissioner of the New York State Department of Transportation, on issues related to transportation in Upstate New York. I asked Commissioner Driscoll some questions that are very important to my constituents and our community, such as the current state of the 390/490 interchange project, the way in which DoT is using the record setting roads and bridges funding we secured last year and funds that are available for municipalities to deal transportation related issues. As the budget season continues, please know that I will continue to fight to ensure that our community and our region receives it fair share and ensure that the executive branch knows that there are important projects that need to be addressed.
