Senator Boyle recognizes Warrant Officer Francis Romanitch of West Babylon for his service and his outstanding example of leadership, honor, and integrity.  Warrant Officer Romanitch was inducted into the NY State Senate Veterans Hall of Fame on May 21, 2013 representing the 4th Senate District.  Receiving the award in Warrant Officer Romanitch's absence was Kenneth Governor of American Legion Post 1489.
