Attention Suffolk and Nassau Residents: The Governor Wants To Raise The MTA Payroll Tax 47%! 

 

With the cost of everyday goods on the rise, it's more difficult than ever to run a small business and make ends meet. This payroll-tax increase would affect hundreds of businesses, companies, and mom-and-pops across our region who have struggled with COVID rules and a declining national economy. It's just not fair!

 

MTA leadership needs to focus on eliminating waste, fraud and abuse instead of looking for another taxpayer-funded bailout.
