The Governor's new scheme to punish law-abiding sportsmen and sportswomen is an unconstitutional disaster. The new tax, up to $9 per purchase, is absurd. Improper denials and unfair delays have been the norm. It's embarrassing, and it's terrible public policy. This bill doesn't target violent criminals. It harasses everyday people who just want to exercise their Second Amendment Rights.
