Investigate why SUNY Downstate Hasn't Received a COVID Testing Machine

Nearly six weeks ago,  Senator Myrie and 23 other elected officials called on the CDC to allow SUNY Downstate to purchase a COVID-19 testing machine. While hospitals in wealthier areas have been able to acquire testing machines, SUNY Downstate still does not have one, despite the disproportionately high number of deaths from COVID-19 in black and brown communities.
