Time: 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (*Set up time is 8:00 AM to 9 AM*)
Location: CYO-MIV Community Center at Mt. Loretto, 6541 Hylan Blvd., 10309 (enter at Kenny Rd. Right side of property.)
Dear Community Partner,
I hope this email finds you well. I will host my Annual Resource Fair for Seniors on Friday, October 17, 2025.
The focus will be on a broad spectrum of community resources available for our Seniors. Many community partners and government agencies will be on site to help answer questions and provide valuable free services! There will be helpful information on healthcare and home care services, transportation assistance, senior housing and assistance with applications for property tax exemptions if eligible. Additionally, there will be free legal advice and health screenings. Light refreshments will be served!
If you are a community partner or agency that offers services for seniors and would like to table at this event, please fill out the registration form using the link below and click submit as soon as possible to reserve a table. There is no cost to reserve a table. You may bring your organization tablecloth to use.
Note that facsimile forms will NOT be faxed to your organizations.
Each registration will receive both an on-screen confirmation message and an automated email to confirm your registration after you click "submit."
Please make sure to set up the day of the event, Friday 10/17 before 9AM as constituents will arrive promptly.
