         7       adjournment.  The Journal of Sunday,

         8       January 17, was read and approved.  On motion,

         9       Senate adjourned.

         1       Perkins, I move to amend Senate Bill Number

         2       1145B by striking out the amendments made on

         3       January 8th and restoring it to its previous

         4       print number, 1145A.

         5                  ACTING PRESIDENT BRESLIN:    So

         6       ordered.

         7                  SENATOR KLEIN:    The second,

         8       Mr. President, is on behalf of Senator

         9       Serrano.  I move that the following bills be

        10       discharged from their respective committees

        11       and be recommitted with instructions to strike

        12       the enacting clause:  Senate Number 4584A.

        13                  ACTING PRESIDENT BRESLIN:    So

        14       ordered.

        15                  SENATOR KLEIN:    The third motion,

        16       Mr. President, is on behalf of Senator
