Public Forum on Addiction Services at the Broome Developmental Center

On Thursday, October 26th, Sen. Fred Akshar and Assembly Members Donna Lupardo and Clifford Crouch cordially invite you to a public Town Hall Meeting to discuss the ongoing repurposing of the Broome Developmental Center to provide substance abuse treatment to individuals struggling with addiction in our community.

We’ll be joined by officials from the Office of Alcoholism and Substance Abuse Services (OASAS), Syracuse Behavioral Health, Broome County Department of Social Services and the Broome County Health Department to help answer questions and address concerns related to the repurposing project.
