Legislation
A bill must be added to a calendar before it can come up for a vote before the Senate. The floor calendar is a list of bills that have been reported out of their respective committees to the Senate floor. The active list is a list of bills drawn from the floor calendar that are expected to make it to the floor for a vote on a given session day. Supplemental calendars are a list of bills reported out of the Rules committee expected to make it to the floor for a vote on a given session day.
