VIN Etching/Antitheft Event

The 104th Precinct will be at Senator Addabbo's Middle Village Office from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. to conduct VIN etching and antitheft activities. Residents can bring electronics such as laptops, cell phones, tablets, iPods or other devices to the location where officers will etch a small number on the item. That number will be entered into a database that will help police offiecers identify the device if it is ever lost or stolen. This event is free to attend.
