Praising the Agreement on the Final Re-zoning for Redevelopment of Hudson Yards

On Monday, December 21st, Senator Duane spoke at a press conference announcing the final re-zoning for redevelopment of the Hudson Yards area.  The agreement on the Western Rail Yard sets the stage for a combined 12 million square feet of mixed-use development, including 1,300 affordable housing units in the Hudson Yards area, and will create thousands of permanent and construction jobs.
