AN ACT to amend the education law, in relation to  school  aid  computer
  listings for school districts

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Subdivision 21 of section  305  of  the  education  law  is
amended by adding a new paragraph d to read as follows:
  D.  NOTWITHSTANDING ANY OTHER PROVISIONS OF LAW, IN THE EVENT A SCHOOL
AID COMPUTER LISTING HAS  NOT  BEEN  PRODUCED  BY  THE  COMMISSIONER  IN
SUPPORT OF AN EXECUTIVE BUDGET REQUEST, THE COMMISSIONER SHALL PRODUCE A
SCHOOL  AID  COMPUTER  LISTING  BASED  ON UPDATED CURRENT LAW ESTIMATES.
SUCH SCHOOL AID COMPUTER LISTING SHALL BE PROVIDED TO  SCHOOL  DISTRICTS
NO  LATER THAN JANUARY THIRTY-FIRST OF EACH YEAR IN A MANNER APPROVED BY
THE COMMISSIONER.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
