MAGEE -- read once and referred to the Committee on Agriculture AN ACT to amend the agriculture and markets law, in relation to includ- ing working farm dogs necessary for the control and protection of livestock within the meaning of the term "crops, livestock and live- stock products" for purposes of provisions of law relating to agricul- tural districts THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subdivision 2 of section 301 of the agriculture and markets law is amended by adding a new paragraph k to read as follows: K. WORKING FARM DOGS NECESSARY FOR THE CONTROL AND PROTECTION OF LIVE- STOCK AS DESCRIBED IN PARAGRAPH E OF THIS SUBDIVISION. S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
