PEOPLES-STOKES -- read once and referred to the Committee on Tourism, Parks, Arts and Sports Development AN ACT to amend chapter 595 of the laws of 2007 amending the parks, recreation and historic preservation law relating to establishing the Michigan Street African American Heritage Corridor commission in Buffalo, in relation to extending the effectiveness thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 3 of chapter 595 of the laws of 2007, amending the parks, recreation and historic preservation law relating to establishing the Michigan Street African American Heritage Corridor commission in Buffalo, as amended by chapter 390 of the laws of 2015, is amended to read as follows: § 3. This act shall take effect immediately, provided that section two of this act shall expire and be deemed repealed December 31, [2017] 2019. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD11505-01-7
