 AN ACT to amend the agriculture and markets law,  in  relation  to  game
   bird breeding
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

   Section 1. Subdivision 2 of section 301 of the agriculture and markets
 law is amended by adding a new paragraph l to read as follows:
   L. GAME BIRDS BRED OR RAISED IN CONJUNCTION WITH A CLASS A  GAME  BIRD
 LICENSE  AS PROVIDED FOR IN SECTION 11-1901 OF THE ENVIRONMENTAL CONSER-
 VATION LAW.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
