 Introduced  by  Sen.  PARKER -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on  Energy  and  Telecommuni-
   cations
 
 AN  ACT  to  amend  chapter  631 of the laws of 2008 amending the public
   authorities law relating to establishing a green residential  building
   grant  program,  in  relation  to extending the application period for
   such grant program
 
   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section  1. Section 3 of chapter 631 of the laws of 2008, amending the
 public authorities law relating  to  establishing  a  green  residential
 building grant program, is amended to read as follows:
   §  3.  This act shall take effect immediately; provided, however, that
 the New York state energy research and development authority  shall  not
 accept  any  application  for  a  grant from a qualified owner under the
 green residential building program established pursuant to section  1872
 of  the  public  authorities  law,  as added by section two of this act,
 after October 31, [2013] 2022.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
