 AN ACT to amend chapter 511 of the laws of 2016, amending  the  tax  law
   relating to the imposition of an occupancy tax on the village of Mount
   Kisco, in relation to extending the provisions of such chapter
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 511 of the laws of 2016  amending  the
 tax law relating to the imposition of an occupancy tax in the village of
 Mount  Kisco,  as amended by chapter 511 of the laws of 2018, is amended
 to read as follows:
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately and shall  expire  and  be
 deemed repealed September 1, [2022] 2025.
