DiPIETRO -- read once and referred to the Commit- tee on Real Property Taxation AN ACT to amend chapter 185 of the laws of 2005, amending the tax law relating to authorizing the county of Wyoming to impose a county recording tax on obligations secured by a mortgage on real property, in relation to the expiration thereof THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM- BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section 2 of chapter 185 of the laws of 2005, amending the tax law relating to authorizing the county of Wyoming to impose a county recording tax on obligations secured by a mortgage on real property, as amended by chapter 142 of the laws of 2018, is amended to read as follows: § 2. This act shall take effect on the thirtieth day after it shall have become a law and shall expire December 1, [2021] 2024 when upon such date the provisions of this act shall be deemed repealed. § 2. This act shall take effect immediately. EXPLANATION--Matter in ITALICS (underscored) is new; matter in brackets [ ] is old law to be omitted. LBD08565-01-1
