 AN ACT to amend the administrative code of the  city  of  New  York,  in
   relation to enforcement

   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Subdivision a of section 16-324 of the administrative  code
 of  the  city of New York is amended by adding a new paragraph 6 to read
 as follows:
   6. NOTICES OF VIOLATION SHALL BE IN THE FORM OF  A  TICKET  AND  SHALL
 INCLUDE A PHOTOGRAPH, TAKEN BY A MEMBER OF THE DEPARTMENT OF SANITATION,
 OF THE ALLEGED VIOLATION. THE PHOTOGRAPH SHALL BE STAMPED WITH THE DATE,
 TIME  AND  PLACE  OF THE ALLEGED VIOLATION AND SHALL BE MAILED, WITH THE
 TICKET, TO THE ALLEGED VIOLATOR.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
