   Committee on Corporations, Authorities and Commissions
 
 AN ACT to repeal sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of chapter 160 of  the  laws  of
   2013,  relating to authorizing the New York state canal corporation to
   abandon certain canal lands and authorizing the commissioner of gener-
   al services to sell and convey the right, title and  interest  of  the
   people  of  the  state of New York, in and to certain lands of the New
   York state canal corporation located in the city of  Syracuse,  county
   of Onondaga, relating to the sale and conveyance of such land
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Sections 3, 4, 5 and 6 of chapter 160 of the laws  of  2013
 are REPEALED.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
