 AN  ACT  to amend part P of chapter 39 of the laws of 2019, amending the
   public authorities law relating to the acquisition and disposition  of
   real property, in relation to extending the effectiveness thereof

   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Section 2 of part P of chapter 39  of  the  laws  of  2019,
 amending  the  public  authorities  law  relating to the acquisition and
 disposition of real property, is amended to read as follows:
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately; provided that section one
 of this act shall be deemed repealed [three] SIX years after such effec-
 tive date, provided that any condemnation proceedings in process at  the
 time of repeal shall not be affected by such repeal.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
