 AN ACT to amend the state law, in relation to congressional districts

   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Subdivision 9 of section 111 of the state law, as added  by
 a  chapter  of  the  laws  of  2022  amending  the state law relating to
 creation of congressional districts, as  proposed  in  legislative  bill
 numbers S.  8172-A and A. 9039-A, is amended to read as follows:
