 AN  ACT  to  amend  the  state  law,  in relation to assembly and senate
   districts

   THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Subdivision 98 of section 121 of the state law, as added by
 a  chapter of the laws of 2022 amending the state law relating to estab-
 lishing assembly and senate districts, as proposed in  legislative  bill
 numbers S. 8185-A and A. 9040-A, is amended to read as follows:
   98. Assembly District 98.
