 Introduced  by  Sen. KENNEDY -- read twice and ordered printed, and when
   printed to be committed to the Committee on Racing, Gaming and  Wager-
   ing
 
 AN  ACT  to  amend the racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breeding law, in
   relation to extending the distribution of certain revenues to  certain
   harness tracks
 
   THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
 BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
 
   Section 1. Subparagraph (vi)  of  paragraph  b  of  subdivision  3  of
 section  532  of  the  racing, pari-mutuel wagering and breeding law, as
 amended by chapter 243 of the laws  of  2020,  is  amended  to  read  as
 follows:
   (vi)  for  the period of September first, two thousand seventeen until
 August thirty-first, two thousand [twenty-two]  TWENTY-SEVEN  and  where
 the  track  conducting the race on which the bet was placed is a harness
 track located in the county of Erie, to such track.
   § 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
