NY1: Job Seekers Attend Career Fair at Queens Mall

As reported by NY1: 

Senator Jose Peralta sponsored the fifth annual job fair at the Queens Center Mall Thursday. 

Close to 40 employers lined up taking applications. 

Attendees worked on their resumes with career counselors. 

Senator Peralta says over sixty-thousand people in Queens are looking for work.

"This is really a shot in the arm for the economy because once we get individuals jobs they not only can maintain themselves but also give back to the economy," said Peralta.
