         3       Senate will come to order.

        16       1456, and ask that said bill retain its place

        17       on the Third Reading Calendar.

        19       amendments are received, and the bill will

        20       retain its place on the calendar.

        23       Senator Sampson, in consultation with Senator

        24       Skelos, would like to hand up the following
