The MTA and Kawasaki cordially invite the MWBE community to meet with Kawasaki and their major subcontractors in an effort to achieve MBE & WBE Compliance to manufacture M-9 Railcars through an LIRR/MNR joint procurement. Kawasaki and their major subcontractors will be available to provide an overview of the M-9 Railcar Project and potential subcontracting opportunities through a series of panel discussions, networking opportunities, and Railcar and Components Tour at the Kawasaki Yonkers Plant.
