Rally to Call for the Completion of East Side Pedestrian Islands and Bikes Lane

Join Senator Serrano, pedestrians, cyclists, advocates, and other elected officials as they stand on the steps of City Hall to call for the completion of pedestrian and bike improvements on First and Second Avenues. As plans currently stand, the promised pedestrian islands and bike lanes stop at 34th Street, leaving a four-and-a-half mile gap through Midtown, the Upper East Side and Harlem.
