Breast Cancer Screening Program

I will be holding a breast cancer screening program on Thursday, April 20th from 8:45 am to 12:00 pm at the Good Shepherd Lutheran Church (3434 Hempstead Turnpike, Levittown, NY 11756)

**The program is open to all Nassau County women age 40 and over.

**Women who are covered by insurance, Medicaid or Medicare will have their carrier billed and must bring their information card to the screening, along with a prescription from their physician. NuHealth policy requires patients to be responsible for any co-pays charged by their carrier.

**Women ages 40 and older without health insurance will be eligible to be enrolled in a grant program which covers the costs of the screening at no out-of-pocket cost to the patient.

**Appointments are every 15 minutes.

**Appointments will be scheduled on a first-come, first-served basis.
