Estate Planning and Medicaid Basics Program
I am pleased to present a FREE “Estate Planning and Medicaid Basics” Program.
The program takes place on Thursday, September 14, 2017, from 7:00 to 8:00 pm at the Farmingdale Public Library (located at 116 Merritts Road, Farmingdale).
My guest speaker, Melissa Negrin-Weiner, Esq, will discuss the importance of estate planning and advance directives such as Power of Attorney, Health Care Proxies, and Living Wills.
She will also review asset protection planning and Medicaid eligibility for both home care and nursing home care, as well as crisis planning and Veterans benefits.
