Join my office, the Public Utility Law Project (PULP), and other local partners for a Utility Clinic on September 30th, 2026, from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Broome County Public Library. At this event, you'll be able to get help from experts and community organizations on utility assistance programs and ways to reduce your bill with energy efficiency solutions. Please bring a valid form of ID, a copy of your utility bill, and a copy of any award letters for benefits like SNAP, HEAP, or SSI. We hope to see you there!
