Ronkonkoma, NY- New York State Senator Lee M. Zeldin (R-C-I, Shirley), Chairman of the Senate Consumer Protection Committee, will be introducing legislation to protect consumers at gas stations. Additionally, Senator Zeldin will be detailing locations where gas stations have cash-credit differentials over $1. There are currently gas stations charging a $2.00 difference between the cash price on the street sign and the non-disclosed credit price.
