In New York City, almost 20% of people over the age of 65 work.  That number will grow.  Older workers have important skills that enhance the work place, but many employers actively avoid hiring them and don’t understand the benefits they offer. Hear from experts about what employers are doing to avoid hiring and retaining older employees and how the older worker can enhance the work environment and help the bottom line.
