AN ACT to amend the health law, in relation to adding five new compounds
  to the controlled substances schedule of hallucinogenic substances

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Subdivision (d) of schedule I of section 3306 of the public
health law is amended by adding five new paragraphs 33, 34, 35,  36  and
37 to read as follows:
  (33)  (6AR,  10AR)-9-(HYDROXYMETHYL)-6, 6-DIMETHYL-3-(2-METHYLOCTAN-2-
YL)-6A, 7, 10, 10A-TETRAHYDROBENZO[C]CHROMEN-1-OL.  SOME TRADE OR  OTHER
NAMES: HU-210.
  (34)  1-PENTYL-3-(1-NAPHTHOYL)  INDOLE.  SOME  TRADE  OR  OTHER NAMES:
JWH-018.
  (35)  1-BUTYL-3-(1-NAPHTHOYL)  INDOLE.  SOME  TRADE  OR  OTHER  NAMES:
JWH-073.
  (36) N-BENZYLPIPERAZINE. SOME TRADE OR OTHER NAMES: BZP.
  (37)  1-(3-[TRIFLUOROMETHYLPHENYL])  PIPERAZINE.  SOME  TRADE OR OTHER
