AN ACT relating to authorizing the village of Fair Haven to  reduce  the
  speed limit on certain public roadways

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Pursuant to section 1643 of the vehicle  and  traffic  law,
the  village  of  Fair Haven in the town of Sterling in Cayuga county is
hereby authorized and empowered to lower the speed limit to 15 miles per
hour on state route 120-A, otherwise known as  Westside  Drive,  in  the
village  of Fair Haven provided the governing body of such village shall
establish such speed limit by local law, ordinance, order, rule or regu-
lation.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

AN  ACT  relating to authorizing the village of Fair Haven to reduce the
  speed limit on certain public roadways

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
