AN ACT to authorize the Orange county department of personnel  to  waive
  the maximum age provision for Michael Wilson, a part-time police offi-
  cer for the village of Greenwood Lake police department

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of section 58 of  the  civil
service law, the Orange county department of personnel is hereby author-
ized  and  directed  to  waive  the maximum age provision of thirty-five
years as of the date when an applicant takes the written exam for provi-
sional or permanent appointment in the competitive class  of  the  civil
service  as  a  police  officer,  for Michael Wilson, who is currently a
part-time police officer  for  the  village  of  Greenwood  Lake  police
department.
  S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.

AN  ACT  to authorize the Orange county department of personnel to waive
  the maximum age provision for Michael Wilson, a part-time police offi-
  cer for the village of Goshen police department

  THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND  ASSEM-
