AN ACT to direct state agencies which apply for federal medical assist-
ance waivers to post the status of such applications on the agency's
internet website
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Notwithstanding any provision of law to the contrary, every
state agency, including but not limited to the department of health,
which applies for a federal medical assistance waiver shall post and
make available to the public on such agency's internet website the
application for such waiver, the current status thereof, and whether it
has been approved or disapproved.
S 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
