AN ACT to repeal section 4 of chapter 198 of the laws of 1978,  relating
  to authorizing projects to provide improved and expanded school health
  services for pre-school and school-age children

  THE  PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF NEW YORK, REPRESENTED IN SENATE AND ASSEM-
BLY, DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

  Section 1. Section 4 of chapter 198 of the laws of 1978,  relating  to
authorizing  projects  to  provide  improved  and expanded school health
services for pre-school and school-age children is REPEALED.
  S 2.  This act shall take effect immediately.
